• Take and receive customer contact information, purchase orders and oversee customer invoicing
• Collaborate with logistics clerk/customers to arrange shipping per customer specification
• Interface with scheduling, arranging production schedules to meet customer requirements
• Quote pricing on new parts and blanket orders
• Follow up on all orders to confirm receipt and affirm customer satisfaction
• Work with other staff to resolve issues with parts, returned parts, warranty issues, customer complaints and billing discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining the Quality Assurance Program by maintaining QA paperwork for each part, report on returned parts
• Conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey
• Provide weekly sales reports
• Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to prepare sales forecasts
• Travel to attend various trade shows, conventions, and marketing/sales education seminars is expected annually
Salary plus commission depending on experience
